Classes offered by Shekhinah Yoga, Westford
As part of the Kripalu tradition, Shekhinah Yoga offers a unique way to integrate body, mind, and spirit by coordinating breath and movement. Students become more flexible and strong while developing a sense of compassionate self-awareness.
Classes include meditation, breath work, warm-up exercises, yoga postures, and relaxation techniques. The practice of yoga helps stretch and tone muscles, releases chronic tension, and quiets the mind, while inviting introspection.
Suitable for adults and teens. Please bring a yoga mat and drinking water.
