Celebrating 10 Years of Rockin’ the Parish!
There’s a lot of young talent in Westford, and it really has an opportunity to shine at WTAC concerts.
All events are produced by and for teens in grades 8-12.
If you have an interest in music, performing at shows, being a sound technician, learning how to use recording equipment, or having your music recorded, you should get involved!
There are events for all tastes in music: jazz, classical, acoustic and rock.
If you are not a performing musician, you might enjoy learning an important job: how to set up and run the sound equipment for the shows.
Save the dates, this is the place to be on the following Friday nights!

technicians available to Westford bands and individual musicians.

September 12, 2009 1:00-4:00 Sound Workshop
WTAC needs sound technicians at every event!
Bring a friend and learn the PCA’s sound system.
After completing the workshop, you’re eligible to volunteer for sound set-up at our concerts.

October 16, 2009 6:30-10:30 Classical and Jazz Musician’s Showcase
An eclectic grouping of Westford’s finest young musician’s, playing classical and jazz music in a coffee house setting.
November 13, 2009 6:30 - 10:30 Open Mic Coffee House
This is a great opportunity for acoustic musician’s and singers of all levels to take to the stage for a song or two,
without the pressure of having a whole set of music ready.

November 27, 2009 6:30-10:30 Thanksgiving Homecoming Concert
Always a great concert, with Westford’s best bands hitting the stage!
January 8, 2010 6:30-10:30 Rock Concert
It may be cold outside, but the kids at the Parish don’t care! It’s warm, dry and rockin’!
If your band hasn’t hit the stage yet this year, now could be the time to do it.
March 12, 2010 6:30-10:30 Acoustic Night
A coffee house event.
Good music and great treats available from the kitchen!
April 9, 2010 6:30-10:30 Classical and Jazz Musician’s Showcase
Take to the stage and play or sing your favorite classical and jazz selections in a coffee house setting.
May 21 6:30-10:30 Season Finale Rock Concert
Celebrate the end of another year of great music produced by Westford Teen Arts Council.
